关于宿舍的TV liscence.

今天收到了一封信：

Official notice:
This adress is under investigation
last month we wrote to let you know how to buy a TV licence. as our records show your address is still unlicensed, we have begun an investigation.
If you watch or record television programmes as they're being shown on TV at this address-using your laptop or any other device-you are breaking the law.

想问一下在宿舍看直播球赛会被查到么？
什么是可以看的，什么不能看呢？

可以无视，每年学校都会宿舍都会受到不止一封这样信件，后来是学校给大部分宿舍买了license，不太清楚你是哪个宿舍区。
这个要买的话应该也是学校去买，不用管。

如果是student accommodation 的 common room的TV就不用license了，因为已经包含在宿舍费里面了，但是如果你想在自己房间里看电视的话就需要另外缴费了。
如果不想在自己的房间使用电视的话，需要去这个网址

declare 一下你不要tv license，不要嫌麻烦，最后去declare，不然可能会有investigation。。。
