爱大的同学还在用老土的红色学生卡么？换卡啦！再不换的话，小心图书馆都要进不去了哈=)。新的蓝色卡片内置了智能芯片，采用非接触式操作方法，可以和电子钱包结合起来。现在在主图Cafe据说用蓝卡买咖啡还有买几送一的活动，不过还是感觉红卡好看啊！PS：此次更换活动，是免费的=)

The introduction of smartcards

A new, blue University smartcard for staff, students and visitors is now available, and replaces existing red and white cards. More than half the University population has already been issued with the new card, which uses modern smartcard technology.

All staff, students and visitors who still have red or white cards should attend a smartcard roadshow to exchange their old card for a new one. These are taking place at various University locations from January-March 2012.

Functionality

The new University card contains a microchip so can be used for cashless catering and contactless door entry, where facilities exist, and speed lane access to the Main Library.

Existing access to services including library facilities, gym membership and building access permissions are automatically carried across to the new card.

Charges

If you bring your old card to exchange, or have never been issued with a University card, there will be no charge for the first issue of your new card. If your old card is lost, damaged or stolen then standard replacement fees apply.
