This room is available only to UoE students. Good for students taking courses at Kings Buildings (EH9 3JE). It costs you 386 pounds per month, including all bills. This room contains single bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 bookshelf, 1 room heater, 2 desks and 2 chairs. Need to share the lounge, kitchen and bathroom with other flatmates. My flat mates are nice and tidy.
