5 f, F6 _' V5 r% l5 l( B$ x1 V8 kThe flat is a cosy flat in the Newington area of Edinburgh, right next to the meadows. The bedroom we're hoping to rent out has a double bed in it and is of a good size. There is a chest of drawer and a built in mirrored wardrobe, also an optional desk. The shared bathroom(only between 2 of the rooms) is of a large size and has both a bath and a shower. The kitchen and lounge are in the same room, leaving a good sized living and socialising space in the flat, with a small balcony. The flat is in it's own courtyard and is therefore quiet and set away from the main roads, as well as having off-the-street parking(permit for which is supplied by landlord). We are situated next to South Clerk Street which has regular buses to all kinds of destinations and all Universities, as well as straight into town - although the walk into town is only about 20/25 minutes and the walk to Edinburgh University campus is 10mins (approx) to the flat. Also on St. Clerk St, there is a Sainsburys 3mins walk from the flat, and in the other direction a Tesco 3mins walk from the flat. The street is decked out in small fruit stores and other delicatessans as well as piles of beauty stores.
